Wingate by Wyndham Airport Shuttle. We would like to introduce our newest amenity; a shuttle service to McCarren Airport. This shuttle will be available starting March 2, 2010. It will run from the times of 9:30 am every two hours until 9:30 pm. This shuttle is available upon request only, and has a cost of $5 dollars per person.

Any person requesting the shuttle must call the hotel to inform us of their desire to be picked up. This call will inform the desk agent that there is a person to be picked up at the designated time. The call must be made at a minimum of 15 minutes before the scheduled pick up time. The shuttle will wait for guests at the shuttle pick up zone, which is located at the Zero Level past the limousine line. Our van is a blue Nissan Quest with Wingate by Wyndham stickers on the door. The shuttle will wait for 15 minutes at the shuttle pick up zone.

The times the shuttle will pick up are

• 9:30am
• 11:30am
• 1:30pm
• 3:30pm
• 5:30pm
• 7:30pm
• 9:30pm

Payment for the shuttle can be made by cash or charged to the room upon check-in.

Shuttle will only be available if you call 15 or more minutes before the scheduled pickup time. 24 hour notice is preferable, but guest must call once they land.   [Top]
